Our Team
Justine Hartigan - Co-Founder & Lead Coach
Justine Hartigan’s passion for soccer began at an early age, long before she even realized her potential. Her initial motivation for joining her hometown soccer team may have been a love for the uniforms, but her natural athleticism quickly set her apart. She excelled beyond her co-ed peers and was soon recruited to club teams, the Olympic Development Program (ODP), and private academies. Her talent earned her 30 Division I full-scholarship offers, ultimately leading her to play at The University of Alabama, and eventually transferred to another DIV I school, Xavier University where she completed her collegiate career.
Dedicated to player development and mentorship, Justine finds fulfillment in coaching and hopes to inspire the next generation of soccer players. She also dreams of becoming a mother one day, carrying her passion for youth development beyond the field.

Andrew’s love for all sports is deeply personal; he not only coaches elite players but also nurtures the skills and passions of his 5-year-old twins. His ability to connect with young athletes, combined with his firsthand experience as a player and parent makes him an invaluable part of the coaching team. With his knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment, Andrew is dedicated to helping players grow both on and off the field.
