RULES OF THE PROGRAM

For an athletic program to be successful, there must be some basic rules put in place. Listed below are the rules of DELBOCA ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY

1. CODE OF CONDUCT :

Sportsmanship is a crucial component of organized sports. Players are expected to demonstrate individual discipline and respect towards their peers, parents, and coaches. Any unsportsmanlike conduct, including inappropriate language, illegal gameplay (e.g., kicking, pushing, tripping), or disrespect towards staff or parents, will not be tolerated. Players will receive one warning, and their parents will be notified. Further violations will result in immediate dismissal or suspension from the program without refund.

2. NO-CALL NO-SHOW POLICY :

We request a 24-hour advance notice if you are unable to attend a training session. We understand that life circumstances may arise, and certain situations will be acknowledged and excused. Each participant will be granted one free no-call no-show. Subsequent no-call no-shows will result in a 75% charge of the class session (this applies to players on a monthly financial contract as well). Advance notice is greatly appreciated, as a significant amount of planning goes into each training session, which is tailored to the individual needs of the participants.

3. FINANCIAL CONTRACTS :

After selecting your payment plan for your child's training sessions, you will be provided with a 3-month contract outlining the plan option and a 90-day training plan tailored to your child's strengths and weaknesses. Each financial agreement is part of a 3-month plan. Please do not discuss your financial agreement with other parents or in front of your children, as this can result in immediate removal from the program. Individual financial situations are taken into consideration when a child is recruited into our academy.
